Singapore Honey Trap Scams

Here's an interesting thing I saw on the subway this morning - a cardboard cutout of a Singapore police officer with a warning about falling for a honey trap scam. I tried to find out if this was a 'thing' here but the Internet was not producing much information on this - but to launch such an anti-scam program, there must be something to it!
